How Do I Earn from Investing in Cribvest?

At Cribvest, we aim to make real estate investment both accessible and profitable. Here's a brief overview of how investment returns are generated and distributed to our investors.

Types of Returns

Investments made through Cribvest yield returns primarily through two channels:

  • Rental Income: Properties invested in are rented out, and the income generated from these rentals is distributed proportionally to the investors based on the number of shares they own in the property.
  • Capital Appreciation: Over time, the value of real estate typically appreciates. When a property is sold or its value increases, the capital gains are passed on to investors, reflecting the increased value of their shares.

Distribution of Returns

  • Periodic Payouts: Rental income is typically distributed on a monthly or quarterly basis. This provides a steady stream of passive income for our investors, mirroring the benefits of direct property ownership.
  • Transparent Reporting: All returns and distributions are recorded and reported transparently in your Cribvest dashboard. Investors can track their individual earnings and see a detailed breakdown of rental income and capital gains.

Returns are distributed proportionate to the percentage of the property you own. The returns available to property owners are calculated as the monthly rent collected from tenants, minus the property-related costs, which include but are not limited to, service charges, repairs & maintenance, property insurance, and management fees.

Maximizing Your Returns

  • Diverse Portfolio: By investing in a variety of properties across different locations and types, you can balance risk and maximize potential returns.
  • Long-Term Growth: Real estate is typically a long-term investment. Patience and a focus on long-term growth can yield significant returns due to compound growth and general property value appreciation.

Estimates of future returns are provided with each property listing on the platform. Our estimates are available for review as part of the investment process.

However, it is important to note that this information is based on past performance and expected returns given current market conditions, which cannot be regarded as an accurate indicator of future results. Cribvest does not provide investment advice. We only provide you with the tools and transparent market information to help make your investment decision.
